Thanks to the stability of nickel metal and the continuous three-dimensional structure of the fiber felt, it can exhibit good passivation ability on the anode side of the AEM electrolyzer, resist the corrosion of alkaline solutions, and have good contact with the anion exchange membrane, reducing the contact resistance. In ALK electrolyzers, the nickel fiber felt can be used as an electrode material. Compared with traditional nickel mesh and nickel foam electrodes, it has advantages in terms of thickness, pore size, unit weight, porosity, etc. It has characteristics such as a large specific surface area, high tensile strength, and good flexibility, which can improve the performance of the electrode.
