The production process of the nickel steel expanded metal mesh with diamond-shaped holes mainly includes the following steps:

1. **Raw Material Preparation**:

First, select a suitable nickel steel plate as the raw material. The quality of the nickel steel plate is of great importance, and its purity, thickness, and mechanical properties need to meet the corresponding standards and product requirements. Generally speaking, nickel steel plates of different thicknesses will be selected according to the subsequent use and specifications of the product. 3. **Stretching and Forming**:

4. **Edge Treatment**:

Shearing equipment can be used to cut off the excess scrap edges, and then processes such as grinding and polishing are carried out to remove the burrs at the edges, making the edges smooth and flat.

5. **Surface Treatment**:

According to the actual application requirements, the nickel steel expanded metal mesh with diamond-shaped holes may need to be subjected to surface treatment. Common surface treatment methods include electroplating, passivation, painting, etc. Electroplating can form a metal protective layer on the mesh surface to improve its corrosion resistance; passivation treatment can enhance the oxidation resistance of the mesh surface; painting can give the product different colors and appearance effects, and also play a certain protective role.

6. **Quality Inspection**:

After the entire production process is completed, a strict quality inspection should be carried out on the nickel steel expanded metal mesh with diamond-shaped holes. The inspection content includes the dimensional accuracy of the mesh holes, the flatness of the mesh surface, the deviation of the diagonal lines, the surface quality, and the mechanical properties. Only the products that pass the inspection can enter the subsequent packaging and sales process.

7. **Packaging and Warehousing**:

The qualified nickel steel expanded metal mesh with diamond-shaped holes will be packaged according to the customer’s requirements. Generally, packaging materials such as plastic films and cartons will be used to wrap the mesh sheets well to prevent damage during transportation and storage. After packaging, the products will be neatly stacked in the warehouse, waiting for shipment.
